Depending on who we are, for each individual, the meaning will be so different. What seems to bind many of us together is that we connect a lot of shame and guilt to our sexuality, to sexual energy.

Many people don’t even allow themselves to feel aroused because they’ve been told it's ugly or wrong. Some people might have gone through terrible things and therefore for ending up denying their own sexuality.
If you look at society, everything is to some extent based on sex. At the same time, there is no proper sex education in the schools, we are not supposed to talk about it. Yet, everywhere sex sells.

It all gives a very distorted angle on what sexuality is.
I would like to demystify sexuality into the purity that it really is. This pure, pure, thing that simmers through everything, through everyone. The energy that can come with the component of arousal and pleasure. Being connected with your sexual energy really marinates your body. It's universal medicine, it makes you feel happy and content.
When you stand in your sexuality, you stand in power.
